The initial questionnaires, feedback and exercises are all available on-line so are available anytime anywhere. If you upgrade onto our Gold+ plan then you will book a time to have an initial discussion with one of our coaches at a mutually convenient time. These are virtual meetings so your location is no issue.

Certainly, in fact we encourage you to manage your time so that it best fits in with your circumstances. The one area where we do ask for you to cooperate is when you have made arrangements with a Coach for a meeting that you give at least 24hours notice of any changes otherwise we may need to make a cancellation charge.

While these free solutions can stimulate your interest in planning your future we believe that this is a highly complex area and at best these short questionnaires can only touch the surface and at worst can actually damage your wellbeing by providing unsupported advice and guidance. We wish to concentrate solely on helping those individuals who are seriously committed to investing in taking control of your career and wellbeing.

We publish our current pricing schedule on this website. There are no hidden extras. We can discuss your option with you and tailor a plan to suit your particular requirements. You may also be able to get these fees partially or totally covered by your school/University, Employer or Government scheme.

We are sure that you will receive significant benefit from our products and services but if not then we will re-reimburse you.
