This is our on-line coaching programme that provides you with full in-depth personal profile report. These reports identify your personal strengths, work interests/passions and what will reward you from your work.
You will have access to a set of exercises that will take you through career selection and identifying how to achieve your aims. These will identify the skills that you will need to develop and the routes open to this development.
You will also have access to our on-line support team who can answer your specific questions about your reports.

Our premiere service combines all the benefits of the on-line reports and exercises with regular one on one coaching sessions with one of our Career Coaches.
The coach will guide you through a highly personalised programme which will in addition to developing a career route and development plan will also provide you with ongoing wellbeing exercises to develop your level of job satisfaction and personal growth.
We will also introduce you to some state of the art “job crafting” techniques that will help you to tailor either your existing or new roles into ideal roles.
